- Nicky will receive your telephone call and will book an appointment for you with Rob. This appointment will be at a day and time to suit you.
(some evening appointments are available. We will show you samples of the complete range of Laminate flooring options we can offer, and also our complete wood range)
Step 2:
Choose the flooring option and colour you require. We will arrive at the specified day & time. You will have every opportunity to discuss your needs and preferences with Rob.
He will explain the advantages and disadvantages of each flooring option, but will ultimately recommend a floor to suit your personal needs and requirements.
Step 3:
You receive a written quote for a guaranteed fixed price for the job.
Within 5 working days, we guarantee you a written quote, detailing all necessary materials required to complete your job to the highest standard.
- There are no hidden extras.
- We guarantee your quote for a period of 3 months, and our work is also guaranteed for a period of 3 years.

to book a fitting appointment
Once you have read your quotation, and have fully understood all the details within, we are confident that you will see this as offering the best value for your money and quality, and will not be able to resist our quotation.
We will book a date that is convenient to you to come and fit your floor.
- We will request a deposit & confirm the fitting date in writing (fitting confirmation letter)
- Our start time is usually 8.30-9am, however this can be changed to satisfy your needs, be it school runs, or work commitments!
Step 5:
We arrive on the appointed day to fit your new floor.
We will arrive at the specified day & time, where you will be formally introduced to either one or two fitters.
- The first task is to determine a working area that will cause minimal inconvenience.
- We always do the cutting outside, to reduce dust build up.
The next task is to prepare the floor area by:
- Removing existing skirting (if required)
- Fix any loose floor boards
- Level the sub-floor if necessary
- Trim the bottom of any door which could potentially rub your new floor.
- The floor will then be vacuumed in preparation of underlay instalment.
When all the preparation work is done to the highest standards, we can then fit your new floor, withholding perfection all the way to ensure a quality finish.
Finally we remove all the rubbish from your home, vacuum the new floor and gratefully thank you for your custom.
You will receive a thank you letter in the post, to show our appreciation after the completion of the job.
